Department of Educational Measurement and Evaluation is one of the programs under the Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences at Sakarya University. The aim of this program is to train qualified personnel for preparation and development of measuring instruments used in education, for interpreting the scores and evaluating the results obtained from these tools, and thereby for re-evaluation of education programs and training activities.

Our purpose is to provide research and statistical skills needed in postgraduate education to students of our faculty which is an institution training teachers as well as providing skills for the assessment of student achievements which they are to use in their professional lives.
